I authorize the employers listed above, to give El Paso Emergency Squad any and all information concerning my previous employment and any pertinent information they may have, personal or otherwise, and release all parties from all liability for any damage that may result from furnishing same to you even if such information is negative and/or may adversely affect my employment application. I understand that, if hired, my employment will be at-will and that there will be no employment contract between myself and the employer, and I may terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without notices, and the El Paso Emergency Squad has the same right.
I also understand that during the interview process I may be asked to actually perform skills directly related to the job for which I am applying. Additionally, I understand that a physical exam, including drug testing and a criminal background check may be performed prior to beginning employment.
